Lemons

Lemon availability continued to increase as further Southern Hemisphere volumes entered Middle Eastern markets. The higher level of supply, combined with subdued demand, continued to keep the market under pressure. Buyers remained cautious, with purchasing power remaining limited. Lemons remains under pressure with Turkey also entering the market.

Oranges

Egyptian Valencia oranges remained available, while South African Navel volumes continued to increase. Rising South African availability maintained strong competition in the market. South African Valencia oranges are also available and continue to sell at average price levels.

Grapes           

Egyptian grape volumes remained limited, while demand remained relatively low.

Stone Fruit

Plums
Egyptian plum supplies remained limited, while demand continued to be weak. Buying interest remained slow, resulting in subdued market movement.

Kiwi
The market is currently being supplied with new-season kiwifruit from Iran, Italy, and Turkey, providing additional sourcing options for buyers.
